Featured Project

Web Image Workflow Automation

Helped design and improve a company-wide workflow that replaced repetitive image production with a reusable, trackable, and validation-driven digital asset process connecting creative operations, IT, production data, repositories, customers, and outside vendors.

The Challenge The same image could be produced and billed repeatedly because each customer order triggered a separate image request. One image was typically needed across 5–6 orders.
The Solution Partnered with IT and operational teams to create each digital asset once, retain it for reuse, automate distribution, and add workflow validations and exception visibility.
The Impact Eliminated duplicate image production in the redesigned reuse workflow, while improving visibility and cutting standard turnaround from up to two weeks to approximately 24 hours.
Estimated annual savings: $144K–$150K

The redesigned workflow eliminated repeated production of the same asset across multiple customer orders. By creating each image once and reusing it across an average of 5–6 orders, the process significantly reduced duplicate production while improving speed, consistency, and asset reuse.
